Continuous Improvement

AngelTrend® CI is a computer based data recording, trend analysis, continuous improvement planning and reporting system designed for residential aged care services.

Data can be summarised and evaluated by continuos improvement activities such as internal audits, complaints, service improvement suggestions, benchmarking initiatives and resident surveys.

Trends can be analysed by service areas, such as care issues, resident lifestyle, catering, OH&S etc. Continuous improvement activities can be assigned, tracked and evaluated by the originator (staff, residents, representatives etc.). Logged activities can optionally transfer into comprehensive plans for continous improvement.

The system differentiates between pro-active/innovative and re-active continuous improvement activities.
